Information we collect

• Contact and project details you submit through our registration form or booking requests: name, email, phone, address, company name, and project/site information.
• Account information for the client portal: your login email and encrypted password (we never see or store your password in plain text).
• Loyalty programme data: points balance, membership tier, and transaction history.
• Booking and communication history relating to site inspections, consultations, estimates, and invoices.
• A local, on-device preference for light/dark display mode (stored in your browser only, never sent to our servers).

How we use it

We use your information to create and manage your client account, run the loyalty programme, schedule and fulfil site inspections and consultations, prepare estimates and invoices, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we use

• Supabase hosts our database and handles account authentication.
• Tally processes our online registration form.
• Calendly handles appointment scheduling if you book a site inspection or consultation.
• QuickBooks Online is used internally to prepare and send estimates and invoices for work we carry out.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention

We keep client account and project data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet our accounting, legal, and insurance obligations.

Your rights
