These terms govern your use of the Fredo Building Limited website and client portal (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at fredo.builders@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
The loyalty programme
Loyalty points, tiers, and offers shown in the client portal are provided at Fredo Building Limited’s discretion, may change from time to time, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to correct points balances affected by an error.
Bookings, estimates & invoices
Requesting a site inspection or consultation through the portal does not itself create a contract for building work. Any estimate or invoice we issue (including via QuickBooks Online) sets out the specific terms for that piece of work, which take precedence over these general terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to access another client’s account or data, or by submitting false information.
Availability
We aim to keep the client portal available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend or update it for maintenance without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
